H.I.D.s causing tire light.
H.I.D.s causing tire light.
I just got my 2011 ranger xlt a month ago and starting getting a tire pressure sensor light go off when driving for more than 20 minutes straight. come to find out it was my H.I.D.s kits causing the issue. anyone else ever have this issue. just wondering if I got a bad kit.

X2. My HIDs were giving me issues with my gauges and kept blowing the left low beam fuse, so I put a relay kit on it, seemed to fix everything! just order this one:

pretty easy to install. you dont even hook up the factory plug to the ballast on the passenger side with the relay. The lights get their power directly from the battery instead of going through the vehicle's electrical system. They just get signal from the driver side factory plug to turn them on/off. A relay fixed my problems

it seems some have issues, some dont. my gauges were acting really funny when id turn my lights on. now as far as I can tell, no issues
I wouldnt recommend that man. Just buy the cheap relay kit and be done.
