Hard surge under acceleration, small “pop” at idle

Things I have already changed; MAF THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR 6 injectors PLUGS WIRES EGR VALVE AND IT HAS ACCELL COIL aside from changing the three oxygen sensors i am at a loss. The CEL comes on and it just says misfire on 1,3,6 cyl?. Which honestly doesn?t help much at all!!! What am I missing!!! At cold start, starts fine, and when it idles down it has a soft pop which is consistent. Once I put it under load it surges hard, and the harder I try the harder it surges? if I downshift or manually shift the trans it doesn?t surge as hard and only really when 3/4 to full throttle?.
