Headlamp Buld

How do you get the wire off, then the bulb out without breaking anything... or getting pissed off..?

I went to put my bulbs in, and i couldnt quite get my hand in there to get the wiring off.. let alone the bulb.

Any ideas..quick fix's, since i cant come up with anything...

(and i used to be a tech for hyundai..cant even get a truck light blub out)

yea.....in order to swap headlamp bulbs or turnsignal bulbs, the headlamp housing MUST be removed.

At first, I thought this was a headlamp build thread. lol....bulb not buld. lol.

That's funny I did the exact same thing when I bought my ultras. I was up to my knuckles and started getting frustrated. "there must be a better way!" and then I read my owner's manual... and... yeah.

I was able to put my head light bulbs in without pulling up on those tabs...

Had I known that would of saved me from a nice gash I got.. and the many curse words I said while installing..

PS: Bulb installation took me 20 mins too..

uh....the original silverstars are now down to like 30, sometimes 20 a pair. Ultras are like 50, but regularly 30 at schucks/kragen/cracker.

Not to impressed with the silverstar ultra.

My lights do not shine like the pic, like Sylvania claims. I do notice a bit more from OEM, but nothing to brag about or recommend
