Headlight adjust, '97?

Hey all, trying to adjust the headlights on my '97. Everything I look at says that the adjuster screws have a 4mm or so nub at the end. Mine do not, the screw just ends. Don't know if I'm unlucky enough to have all of them sheared off, or if I'm missing something. Looks like I can either grab the round rubber piece and turn with pliers, or grab the screw itself and do the same. Either way seems like a PITA. I don't see any easy way to access the front of the screw (apparently sometimes there's a philips head on the front side)

Ok, figured this out. The top screws are philips and can be accessed from the front between the light and the grill. Bottom have the hex heads. Gotta find a 4 mm socket I guess. Smallest I have is 5 mm and 3/16", both too big...
BTW, the clips don't need to be removed to adjust the lights.
