Headlights low beam reading 7.5v

Hi everyone.

I have a challenge on my 2016 3.2 TDCI 4x4 D/C P/U Ford Ranger. The headlights are not giving low beam sufficient power to shine with a value of 7.5v when I put on my multimeter, but high beam works perfectly.

I am currently using LEDs and not the halogens that the vehicle came out with, of which they also gave me the aame problem.

Thanks, hoping to hear from you.

At 7.5v , are you sure that is the low beams and not the daytime running lights?

It is the low beam as I am checking through the plug that goes into the bulbs with the switch on.
