When I turn my dial to the heat setting I can tell that the system recognizes it as it stops blowing out cold air but the air its starts blowing isn't hot either. I replaced the heater control valve just under a year ago, has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

If that is the only problem with the heating and cooling system, My guess is a partially/mostly clogged heater core.
