Icon4 Help!

I have a 1999 2.5l it has a rough idle, which makes it hard to start off being a manual transmission.. I ha a few people tell me it was my coil pack, but when I checked them out, all was perfect. I had another tell me fuel pump. But I have a brand new fuel pump as well as strainer and fuel filter. I thought maybe it was the maf sensor being when I unplug it, it goes back to default com settings. Could it be possibly the cat clogged up? I also have new plugs I put in recently.... Help! Any advise is a plus!

How many miles do you have on your truck?

2x on any codes.

Otherwise i'd run some seafoam through, pull out the plugs and clean them up/check gaps and see if that helps out any.

pretty cheap and usually helps.
