Help with error code p1537!!

I have a 2002 ranger 2.3 manual and got an error code p1537. Which states, "manf cntrl veh spd idle speed control auxiliary inputs".

This all started when my truck was doing some major stuttering/missing. So I replaced the spark plugs and wires and now I have this problem. What I can feel is my truck is still very weak, I can especially tell going up hill and flooring it.

Everything I finds says something about IMRC. There is this youtube video of a guy with the same error msg and he replaced and hose and fixed the problem. YouTube - Ford Ranger IMRC

The problem is I don't see this hose anywhere on my truck. I see a wire and a screw thing sticking out, but no hose on it. I can't see the end of the screw thing, so maybe there is a hole there and the hose goes over this? see pic below....

Now, someone else told me to take this cover off and clean it. Will this help? See pic below....

Any other suggestions, let me know. Thanks

According to my DTC library, P1537 is Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open (Bank 1). So, I would recommend cleaning that little guy and see what happens. If it clears up, great! If not, then I recommend doing a fuel injector cleaning.

Is that what I have circled? Do I just undo the bolts circled in the black and clean it out? Anything to look out for when I do it?
