im not sure if this is the right place for this but i figured i would give it a shot. does anyone know anything about the federal signal pa300?

i picked up one off craigslist and it works but its very quiet. its suposed to push out 100 watts but its not much louder than a cellphone ring.

if anyone knows anything about these it would be awesome.
