Why the hell do people keep buying stuff from ddm? I don't understand. I read complaints about them on every forum I visit, ALL the time. Buying more junk from them is just re-enforcing their terrible service.

Gotta be honest I've ordered from DDM 3 times. I've never had any trouble except for them sending the wrong rotors for my buddies BMW. But that didn't bother me, because it wasn't my problem. Shipping was relatively quick.

im on a couple volvo forrums for my s40 and a ton of people bought for there cars and not had problems and the lifetime warrenty isnt bad. i didnt start hearing bad things til i came here... dont get me wrong my foot is in my mouth. i can understand a fault product cus the world isnt prefect...but to wait 2 week to get a part back into my hands that i paid for is bs...they had no issues doing so, but i ask for them to put it into another box that i have leaving there in a few days(backordered part) and he said no....uh why?! then to put 3day shipping at my expence on a ballast alone is 20 bucks... what ever... at least the i have my ranger kit all hooked up and the output is great.

ddm- good product and warrenty-**** CUSTOMER SERVICE!
