High Beams????

Sorry, there is no High Beam relay.
If the hi beams and the indicator don't work, check fuse 33 (15A).
Also check Fuse 12 (30A) under the hood.
If fuse 33 and 12 are good, check for power on the GY/OG wire coming out of the Multifunction switch when you have the switch in the High Beam (with Main head/park switch on Head) or Flash to Pass positions. Power absent = bad MFS.
If you want a schematic and MFS test procedure, send me a PM with your e-mail address. I have 2000 EVTM, but it should be the same for a 99.

My high beams didn't work one time either. Then I put my headlight selector switch to on, and then they worked (thought it was on, but I only turned the **** half way - hey it was dark out).
But before I figured that out, I checked all fuses and ripped apart my relay box at -40C and at 4am.
I had a blonde moment.
