I Have Spec-D Halogen Headlights and We Cant Get Them Adjusted.

I Have Spec-D Halogen Headlights and We Cant Get Them Adjusted. We thought we adjusted them but we drove it for the first time with them in and they pointing about 3 feet in front of the truck.
