There's 2 clips on the back of each headlight thats on the plastic little nut, pry each side off the nut and pull the clip out and your headlights will come right out.

When you take out the old lights you can just install the adjusters on the new ones so you won't have to mess with adusting them correctlly.

If you still can't figure it out, I can take a picture of the clips and how to remove em.

and the other http://s121.photobucket.com/albums/o...DVC00051-1.jpg was going to just remove the old header panel ( fabricating a ram air setup at same time) so getting the old ones shouldn't be too difficult its getting these new ones in

I got new headlights that came with those connectors and was not able to use them, this was too small and would not fit in my header panel. I had to use the adjusters out of the old lights.

If you want to remove the whole adjuster, just twist it at the base with a pair of pliers and it'll pop out. Once you remove them from the light, you can remove it with a screwdriver and a pair of pliers

^yeah I had to use the adjusters off of my stock lights as well when I installed aftermarket lights on my 2000. Get yourself a pair of needle nose pliers to get those clips on and off, it really helps.
