Lmc lower valance fitment issues
Most of the aftermarket stuff fits terrible. You really need to leave the valance in the sun to warm it up and then try to maneuver it onto the bumper. It's never easy, but it is possible.
it's 3 inches to short. I don't think it'll grow.
Well if you won't take advice from someone who has installed three different aftermarket Chinese valances between two different Rangers, go ahead and return it and see if the next one will magically be three inches longer.
The bumpers been in my heated shop for three weeks. Before that it was in my loft in my House. So it's not an issue of plyability. I had no intent of returning it. It's a cheap part I'll scrap it and buy an oem one before I return it.
let it sit in the sun... In Seattle. In December?

You never specified the attempts to make it work in your original post, that's on you. Buy an OEM one and call it a day. PS, they don't fit well either. :)
