Moisture in fogs
I was mudding and got my truck really muddy, so i washed it. I had to give the back of the fogs light a full blast to get the mud, that had piled up in the valence, off. Now i have condensation in the my one fog. I took a hair drier to it and got rid of it, but it came back. Leave the bulb out on nice days to let it air out, but ever time i replace the bulb it comes back. any ideas?

My lights did this same thing when I first bought my truck..it would fog right back up each morning...I was still under warranty to I just had them replaced.
I know this doesn't really answer your question, but I have a feeling that something has a crack in it...and it will keep coming back no matter how much you try to dry it out.

My driver side fog light has this issue.. my passenger side had a rock go through it and break the bulb.. so its replacement time for me.
Purchased 2 new ones (Passenger/Driver side) for $54.99 apiece, and they should be here by tuesday/wednesday or so... going to fully replace them, and put soem liberal use to silicon to make sure the silverstar ultras I am putting in them last Naturally, pictures will be taken =)
