Mushy brake peddle

Hope i have the right category fro this post. Did the 8.8 rear swap all is well with that. New rear brakes..one wheel cylinder and on front new pads and known good used brake booster and master cylinder. Disk on front are 25 percent or so worn. Peddle is still soft. Doesnt go to the floor and rears will lock up. Only thing left that hasnt been changed are the lines and front caliper and rotors. Need help

If the pedal is soft it's either because you have air in the lines or because a soft line is expanding.

With the new rear brakes locking, you'll probably need to get an adjustable portioning valve.
