Need Help with A/C!!

I have a 2002 ranger.The air conditioner and heater work fine,It blows good cold and hot air but it will only blow air out of the defrost vent.What could it be and how do you fix it?

Theres a thin hose that needs to be replaced,it has a kink or colapse in it.I think itsw on the passenger side and goes to a round type ball thing.

^^ above may be correct, but its not the only possibility. could be a vac leak. is your check engine light on? could also be related to blend door.
