need help with DRL'S

need help with DRL'S

i have an 05 edge and im woundering how to disconnect my drl's
where is the drl module located? or is there any other way to disconnect?

On a 01 the DRL module is located on the left bottom side of the radiator support panel. It may or may not be in the same place on your 05.

vehicles sold in canada are required by law to have Daytime Running Lamps. here, in America, they are just an option.

Are they not required in Canada? Could you be pulled over for not having them on a Canadian registered vehicle up there?

I wish my US Spec '05 Ranger had them.

From looking at the wiring diagram, it appears as though the DRL/non-DRL is determined by the main fuse panel, behind the right front kick panel.
