Shut up Wilbur.

Did you take the tail light out to try and fallow the ground itself.

Most likely its taken back to wherever the power is. I would'nt know. But im sure you can find it.

Or if you modifying something. Make your own ground.

This may sound strange but....

2001~2003 - it grounds under the carpet under the front edge of the driver's seat.

2004~2005 - it grounds to the inner fender near the underhood fuse relay box.

I just took my taillights out for some additional parts placement and can tell you if you need to ground something nearby there are several small bolts or holes already in the frame for you to use as a local ground.

I also have my backup lights grounded in that vicinity as well...just in case you need that too!

Yea, the whole metal chassis and body is ground so if you are adding or moding, it isn't neccessary to use the existing ground.
