Need help with my lighted visors wiring.

I half way installed these awhile ago got the wires fished up into the holes and connected to the visors. I got the green/orange connected. Pics below to describe what I'm looking at.
Ok, I got these fished through both the holes for the visors:

This is the wire that is fished up to the right side:

This is going to the dome light. It starts at the left side of the pic above:

This one is going to the left visor. This is also coming from the bundle of green/orange wires from the lighted visors:

2 questions, 1. Aren't these supposed to be grounded some where, cause I don't see a black wire coming from the visors.
and 2. Could I have the wrong orange/green going to the dome light, cause there's like 3 to choose from.

Thanks,
Clay

On my visors i just took some wire and wrapped it around the spring looking thing on the mounting part of the visors. Make sure you leave some hanging off so they touch the metal of the truck when you install them again and they should light up.

the ex visors ground through the base. they didn't have the plastic screw pieces in the roof. so you need to add a ground. i was planning on doing an eyelet style connector to go in with the screw on the backside grounded to the roof support somewhere.
