Just a thought the Multifunction Switch (MFS) in the steering columns go bad on the generation change years 95-95.
Since you have lost all power and I believe the power to the rear goes through this switch then it could be the problem.
Either way a good place to check.

On my ’95 the MFS is located in the steering column and is part of the directional switch assembly.
You need to disassemble the plastic around the steering column and remove the switch. I believe there are fours screws and a connector.
The connector isn’t the most heavy duty connector I have seen so just be careful when removing it and the clips holding the pins in and side clips can break.

After that you will need to back trace the wire to their main power location… not sure where that is.

Hi I am having the same problem but I have a 2006 Ranger 4.0. The rear turn signal lights and rear tail lights dont work and its like there is no power to the rear of the truck. Also I want to find the ground points for the rear lights but cant find ground wires. Does anyone here have any wiring schematics or any troubleshooting tips for this problem in rangers?
