No Power Windows

So yeah, I have power windows in my truck, for some reason today they won't go up or down. Not sure why, could spraying wd40 in the door latches to get rid of the DOOR AJAR light have done anything? Any help is much appreciated

Its probably the motor that moves it. Mine on my 02 went out in 05. We just had it replaced and now one window goes up faster then the other one lol.

So it's probably the motors? If it is, I'm confused as to what caused both of them to die at the same time. Worked fine at 2 this morning, and at 11, no more...

First is to check the fuse for the power windows (if you haven't already) .
If both windows are not working I would next suspect the switch.
If that checks out , since the truck is ten years old , inspect the cabling going from the door to the pillar. After opening and closing 10,000 times it may be a broken wire that feeds power to the switch.

edit
is there a lockout switch to disable the windows and did you hit it by accident ?

Yeah, everything else works. AC, radio, lights, everything, even the power locks. That's what boggled me when the windows wouldn't go down...

If you have the owners manual check the electrical section (where it shows the fuses) and see if it shows a relay for the windows. It would be in the fuse panel under the hood.Swap it with another relay.
