O/D light won't come on

Hello all
so today i decided to finally replace one of the cluster little PITA bulbs, while i was at it i decided to remove the check engine light bulb (remove the 4 cats so the light's always gonna be on) anyway long story short, once i put everything back i noticed the O/D light doesn't come on anymore when i turn it off, i haven't checked yet if the O/D is not working but i replaced the bulb and it still nothing.
What could i posibly have done wrong? is there a fuse for it or something? so far the trans is been shifting ok but i haven't driven the truck on the highway to see if the O/D is working or not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

thx
