Odd Brake Noise

I have this weird clicking/tapping noise in my left front wheel. It's not real loud, you can only hear it when the window is down. It only happens when I am applying the brakes and turning at almost full lock to the left.
I just had my truck at the dealer for an oil change and inspection. They said that they checked out my brakes and found nothing wrong. well now a few weeks later its a little bit worse. Im just wondering what the deal is? Should they be looking at something else besides the brakes or what?

Another thing that maybe related is I have a squeak on the left side also. it only happens when I first start to hit the brakes and goes away with a firm push.

I would check out the anti-rattle clips on both the caliper and the caliper bracket. Also make sure the wheel bearing and CV joint feel good.

Okay i finally got a warm enough day today to check my brakes out.
my CV joint and wheel bearing checked out fine.

I cleaned, inspected and re-applied brake lube to the brake caliper, rattle clips, slides and anywhere else two surfaces met. The a-r clips looked new and only had a slight abrasion where it meets the pad.
I did notice the thin metal backing of one of my pads was out of place and rubbing against the lower a-r clip so i pried it off and relocated it to where it should be.
im going to run up to autozone for some detailing supplys real quick and test it out. Wish me luck!

so... good news I think. I haven't heard a peep out of it so far.. it usually would act up everytime I pull in my driveway. I don't know if its gone for good, but its gone for now.
sorry about the delay I got carried away cleaning wheels and interior..
oh and autozone reward cards rock. I have $20 worth of free stuff.
