Power to ACC modification and wipers (Conflict?)

So I have had the power to ACC modification for a long time, I think Bob wrote the how to on it. Couple relays and taping some wires. Anyway it lets the accessories run after you turn the key off but they run until you open the door.

Well since its been snowing and raining a lot i have my wipers running as well as the radio on.

When the radio is on and the wipers activate (they are in an intermittent state) it shuts the radio off, then it comes back on when the wipers stop..

anyway to fix this? Should it be doing it? I have never noticed it in the past but if possible I would like to fix it.

Unless you have recently made another mod that ties into this, I think that you either have a loose/dirty connection in the original installation or possibly a bad relay. After all, it did work OK for over a year.

Is there a how-to for this? I don't remember where it is.

EDIT: Nvm found it, is there anyway to make this work for a 04?

I didn't have a wiper/radio issue when that mod was in my truck. I took it out later because it interfered when I added the autolamps mirror.

One of my relays used to be pretty warm, i have not checked it in ages. I will check that relay first.

I seem to recall having a similar issue before but I cant remember for sure.
