Power Steering Pump Upgrade?

Would it be to my benefit (durability, flow, etc) to get a power steering pump from a '90-96 F150/Bronco to replace the Ranger one? I noticed on the PartsAmerica.com website that the Ranger pump and the F150/Bronco pump have different part #'s, yet both pumps look the same. Thanks!

They may look the same but more than likely have different mounting points and brackets. Hence the different part numbers.

you would have to change the gear boxes also, and the F-150 gear boxes mount on the outside of the frame were the Rangers is on the inside...

Yeah I think my stock one is out on its way, sounds like the F150/Bronco one is too much of a hassle so I'll just get a replacement one and call it good.
