You know, it doesnt seem too bad to me considering the work thats been done to it. I paid 14 for mine last year, but it was stock and had more miles on it. Is it a 4.0? Wish I would have waited on looked for a 5 speed manual with mine, but the one I found was a stepside (what i wanted) and the right color. I'd say go for it if I were you.

I wouldn't throw more than 10k at it. Watch out for dealer fees too?

I'd say way too high. I paid $14300 for my 03 with 35K miles back in 05. Mine doesn't have cruise or a slider and I have carpet but other than that it's the same truck.

Dealerships rarely if ever give extra money to the person trading in a vehicle, so why ive the dealership extra money for them.

$10k is about right for that truck.

Even at 10,000 the price is to high. I would say they gave no more then 8,000 for it when they took it in on trade, so I would offer no more then 9,000.

That's a nice truck... is R-F missing a truck?!

First off if it's what you want I would definately go for it. I wouldn't pay more than 10K though. Offer around 8 or 9 'cause they seriously can't charge you for the extras... those are freebies when on a used car. Also you could play up the fact it has 2dr not 4. Bottom line though, what are you willing to pay for exactly what you want??

I think its a fairly decent deal. you really don't have to do a thing to it, its all done for you drive off the lot. and the only thing you got to worry about is keeping those wheels polished. Very nice truck

ya i went back i drove it in 4x4 low when coasting at about 5-10mph when i push the clutch in the truck didnt want to just keep rolling and seemed odd while in 4x4 but then again ive never driven one but we drove a new 09 f150 4x4 and it performed better so i don't no if the 4x4 is messed up it also wouldn't switch into 2 wheel from 4 wheel unless you move forward a bit? but ill say this that 4.0 hauled @$$ compared to my 2.5 4
