EATC Seems to be Blowing Warmer than Necessary

I've got my EATC that I've had in since last summer and everything has seemed to function great, until fairly recently, maybe within the last month or so. The temperature outside here has ranged greatly but usually in the 45-50 degree range. If I set my EATC to anything above 65 degrees on the Auto setting it will blow only hot air, probably the hottest the thing could blow. The fan speed does change however. I normally like to set it at about 72, which is a total torchout right now. Now if I switch to the Max A/C setting and put it on 72 it blows out cold air but it's not warm enough outside to need that much cold air. Is there anything I need to check to get my "Auto" setting work to work better?

How did you set up the cabin sensor?

I mounted it in the little vent to the right of the radio bezel. That was my guess for a problem. I ran the self test mode by pressing off and floor then automatic and no codes are showing up.
