Recirculation door actuator replacement?

Recirculation door actuator replacement?
I believe the part is "Motorcraft Y1677" but its in an awfully awkward spot. There's two screws and one I can't figure out how I would get at without tearing the dash apart.
Its the part in this pic right of the word "Intake" bottom right corner.

There has to be a way to replace it without tearing the dash out or some other destructive method?
UPDATE:
So I looked at some trucks at the junkyard and theirs actually have bolts holding the thing in. Which made me realize I could just use a small ratchet with a screwdriver bit holder. So problem solved I suppose! Hope this helps someone in the future!
