Door lock actuator stopped working - replaced it and now its working... except, now if I lock the door with the door open, and then I go to close the door, it won't close. Something is preventing it from closing - it just bounces back. Also, if the door is locked and I'm inside, when I try and open the door with the door handle, it has no effect... door doesn't unlock and door doesn't open.

What do I do???
