replacing fog light with driving light

Just like the title said. Is there any driving light that will replace the factory foglight? This is on 2001 Edge. I'm not fan of fog light, prefer driving light. Don't want to install bar on my truck either. Just wondering if anyone had replace the foglight with aftermarket driving light. TIA.

Is there a way to point the fog lights up a little more to get more light going foward instead of down?
