My son used to own a 1995 Ford Explorer 2 door. He removed the running boards from it, and they got stashed away up in the attic. I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 4 door 4x4, and was wondering if those running boards would bolt up? I think these two models share the same frame.

My wife recently had some hip surgery, and it's difficult for her to step up into the Ranger. I'm thinking these steps, if they'd fit, would help her up into the cab.
