Running rough, no power to O2 sensors, engine cutting out

I've had new issues every week it feels like since i've bought it. This issue/these issues have stumped me though. First a quick overview, I bought this 1997 Ranger 3.0 automatic just over a year ago and it had been sitting for a year before i bought it. Currently has 113,000 miles. All repairs i've done that may be related to this - Ignition coil, spark plug wires, spark plugs, new ignition switch (electrical module, not the thing you put the key in), starter solenoid, O2 sensors.
Here are my symptoms, all of which may or may not be related but any I can resolve would be a step in the right direction - Key doesn't always work to start the car so sometimes I have to short the solenoid, speedometer doesn't always work (intermittent while driving), misfire on cylinders 1 and 4, and the worst one - engine randomly cuts out and restarts on its own while accelerator is being pressed (as if the key is being turned off for a fraction of a second then put back into the run position - all accessories stay on though).

What i've done to try and fix each thing:
Key not always working - New starter solenoid, new ignition switch module
misfires on 1 and 4 - new coil pack, new spark plug wires, spark plugs
engine cuts out - Throwing codes for O2 sensors plus due at 100,000 so replaced those, BUT no power to O2 sensors and the fuse is good as well as there is power to the fuse. Checked ECM relay and power to ECM relay - good and good. I've been told it could be an issue related to the ECM. On top of that i've checked to see if the throttle position sensor fluctuates even when i'm keeping constant on the accelerator - it doesn't fluctuate so that seems to be all good.

Feel free to ask for any more info and I really appreciate the help. I have no idea what to do at this point and its just frustrating.
I attached a video of what I mean by the engine cutting out. I am accelerating pretty harshly in the video but it does the same thing even at a constant, low throttle - like when I'm cruising along at 60mph.
Also the engine is at operating temp in the video - gauge just doesn't work right.
