Scan gauge 2 monitoring

Ive been thinking about a scan gauge for my 2005 4.0 auto and ive heard it can monitor the trans temp but it says nothing about it on their websight? So what can it really read on a ranger?

They read darn near everything except trans temp. and fuel pressure. They also are an excellent mileage improvement tool.

yes it can moniter the trans temp using the x-gauge feature. you have to input the codes into the scangauge than it will display temp gauge.

go to the scangauge website and go to support and click on the x-gauge link. in there it will explain how to load the codes and what the codes are.
