seatbelt Ranger vs B2300

My '97 B2300 driver's side seatbelt is frayed and I need to replace it. Only the retractable belt. New belts are ~$300. So I'm thinking maybe salvage yard. Problem is most of the local yards have Rangers but few B2300s. Would a '97 Ranger seatbelt be the same as a '97 B2300? They appear to have a different part number from what I've been able to tell.

I don't see why they wouldn't be the same part.

The part numbers will be different for the same thing.
I found this out sourcing parts for my B3000. (going between the Ford and Mazda dealer)

Most were grey interiors on the Fords and the same went for the Mazda's but they also had some tan interiors, like mine.

As far as I know, the Mazda and Ranger are the exact same truck, with the exception of the badge, bed, and headlight/bumper designs. However, all these parts can be swapped and interchanged between them, such as the STX package for example.

The seatbelt, I believe, will be a simple bolt-on swap.
