Serious complications diagnosing 2.3 misfire and rich mixture

I've really about gien up at this point. I bought a A-b driver nice body runs but was sold to me in a what was supposed to be a possible simple diagnoses.
Truck runs rich dumps tons fuel and rough idle mimics a misfire . I have back probed the mass air and it idles at 1.25v I have changed plugs wires coil packs all have good blue spark the temp sensor was changed All Injectors Ohm out at 14 on the dot
i scoped the injectors and they are ticking evenly and faster with throttle applied .I Noid tested the injector power plugs all good the dpfe I haven't tested I unplug it and no change in idle condition which I think is normal.
Cyl #3 plug is the only plug on both Banks that is a bit carboned and light black on the porcelain. It has a sputter from exhaust but no smoke .ICM seems to be getting cpk and cid signal a bad icm or cid would cause 2 cylinders to misfire not 1 because each coil pack runs two towers .I only seem to have a educated guess based on #3 plug condition
No check engine light either .
People keep saying jump timing belt will cause this I haven't gone there yet due to the job also bad valve or cam fouler came off possibly
Only think I ever recall that people over look is a intermittent ICM but tech info says rule out ICM if you only have one single cylinder misfire because the ICM send signal to coil and two towers work in sequence with each other meaning if the cid signal from ICM to coils was bad you would get two fouled cylinders either 1&4 or 2&3 it's impossible to have 1&3 misfire at same time and the ICM be at fault
Any ideas . To clean of a truck to **** me off and let it sit. Plus I need it for work
