on the 98-00 rangers is it nessesary to remove the tire to do the permanetly lock the hubs or can i pop off the hubcap and do it from there?? +is there a satisfactory method of eliminating the vaccum lines, as mine rusted off at the hub i have hanging vaccum lines with screws in the now, i was curious if there's a better way to handle this.
