Whoo-hoo! A reference library in a single post!

I need to update my hand-compiled database of codes for the scanner I designed. I'll be using those links, thanks.

John, I havent been able to find a really complete set of Ford-specific codes published on the net. They are well above P2000 now thanks to new technology like drive-by-wire.

Well, I may already have a few of those. What was strange was that I turned out to be missing one or more of the common codes. It could be an error in the database (code misrepresented and not indexed properly) or it could be missing code(s). Don't know. It came up when I went to look up a code someone had posted here a while back and lo'-and-behold it wasn't there.

The scanner is still useful and I helped a buddy find a broken plug in his E150 the other day from the codes, and cleared them after we fixed it. That one occasion with a post on here is the only time I haven't had the codes.

So, complete or not, having SOMETHING is good.

However, the company just bought a $9000 Snap-On "MODIS" scanner and I get to use that now. As soon at the motorhead guys in facilities have finished playing, I get my turn, lol. I'll probably take it home for a weekend and mess around with it.

I got ahold of a printed list that goes to 2800+ for P-codes and 2400+ for B-codes. If you need any of these code definitions, let me know.
