so my genius drove over the concrete part in a parking lot and it got stuck when I would put the car in drive it would only rev and when I put it in park it would make a loud rotating clanking noise it then i heard like a piece of metal hitting type boom then it started driving i inspected it, it looks like the car dropped on the torsion bar after about an hour of driving i would hear a squeaking noise that would go with the rotation of the tires also when i do sharp turns it feels like it would get very tight and jumpy

If you are asking what is damaged and need our help, you will need to take and post many pictures of the entire underside of the truck and we may still not be able to clearly see what the problem is.

I would take it to a few shops and get a few estimates, damage like this should be covered under your insurance.
