Does anyone have the screw size for the tailgate access panel. Or the Ford part number? A source for them would be great. I bought the truck with the access panel off and no original screws. For 95 ford ranger std cab

I do not have any part numbers for you, but heading to the dealer yourself would be a good place to start. The stock bolts (at least on 98+) take a Torx socket to remove, which is what the above poster is referencing.

Or.....what I did when I had a couple stripped screws, I hit up my local Ace Hardware and picked up large button head phillips stainless sheetmetal screws just a little bit bigger than the stock threads. I want to say they are #12 x 1/2". Will most definitely be considerably cheaper than the Dealer option.
