Taurus fan and CCRM help

Taurus fan and CCRM help
I just bought an electric fan out of a 1995 Taurus and I got the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) with it. I was wondering if anyone here has worked it up to work with a Ranger or of it could possibly help me wire it up so I wouldn't have to buy a controller. Also I would like to see how people have wired their efans up. Thanks.
