Throttle Body, MAF, Injector sizes, Does any of it matter?

First off I want to state that I WILL eventually get a supercharger for my 2002 Ranger 4.0 sohc, but I just want to know if a bigger throttle body, MAF, and/or injectors actually make a difference in power and torque? I had always assumed that bigger ALL of those would, considering the importance of the fuel-air mixture. But could someone confirm this one way or another before I spend the money? I already have a CAI, headers, TRUE DUAL exhaust (2" all the way) no cats, 8 inch cherry bombs which exit in front of my passenger side rear wheels, a Superchips Flashpaq, and I have head work done so shes an extra special girl with about as much power (250ish) and torque (280ish) as a stock with a supercharger already. I just want to know if those things will he worth the money even before a supercharger, I just be bought another OEM throttle body because my TPS threads are stripped from trying the TPS multiple times.
