trailer hook up on my 98?

trailer hook up on my 98?
do i have a plug under there that i can just go to lowes and buy the plug and connect it into the cars plug? or is it more than just picking up a part from the store?

are you talking about for lights on the trailer? If so, yes there should be a plug on the spare tire carrier.
