Troubleshooting Engine stall

Hi guys, was looking for help on getting rid of my engine stall as im not having much luck on it.

Truck: 2004 Ford Ranger , 4.0, 5 speed.

Problem: Truck will stall randomly while driving. Only happens to stall when slowing down to a stop ( when Rpm's go from engine strain to virtually low rpms ). I can watch the RPM's drop below 500 then it stalls. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it holds the Idle RPM fine. Other then engine stalling, truck runs good and drives good. I turn the key and continue on. Additionally, the truck will stall when going downhill if the rpm's go a bit low towards idle (1000 rpm ).

Troubleshooting Approach so far:
Clean IAC ( X )
New fuel with fuel injector cleaner ( X )
Cleaned MAF Sensor ( X )
Going to test Fuel Pressure next

Any additional input or ideas to troubleshoot would be great. I also checked for vacum leaks, i have not noticed any hissing, I also checked the PCV hose locations, however the lines are in good shape and look new.

Thanks
