ok i found the problem thanks

 

So you can actually hear the fuel pump kick on when you turn the key forward, NOT cranking the engine..? Just in the ON position.

Security? Ran without it? WUT?

You're going to have to give us a much better explanation than that if you expect to resolve this issue. Year/make/model of the truck, as well as what type of security system it has would all be valueable information. Knowing the engine and type of transmission might be good too.
