Icon9 Truck won't start after checking fuses and relays. Did I mess something up?

Hey guys I have a few dash lights not working and thought it was a fuse since it is the headlight switch lights, 4wd dash lights and HVAC lights so I start pulling fuses today on driver side of dash and they are fine so I procede to look under the hood and as I pulled some to look at them and could not find any burnt out I try to start the truck and leave for work and nothing. The dash lights and radio come on and all but when I turn the key nothing happens. Any suggestions on what I could have done wrong?

I did that same thing a week ago when I accidently grounded my running light power to the bumper.. doh! Swapped a fuse and put it in an unsused block - turns out my speedo, wipers, interior lights, and a few otehr items werent working.. Amazing what a little 10A fuse can do to a vehicle
