Hey guys, just wondering here, If say some other guy has a programmer (xcal 2) with the same engine and everything as mine, would I be able to just plug his programmer into my truck and use it without buying one myself?

Also, would anyone happen to have a x cal2 for sale, I hear a lot of good about them.

You can use it on only one truck at a time so if the other guy set his truck back to the stock setting then you will be able to us it on yours but other than that, that is the only way I know how to do it.

I believe that each tuner is programmed to a specific PCM code. Even if your trucks are identical I don't think it will work if the PCM codes don't match.
