Sometimes when I try to start my truck it tries to start but acts like it's not getting fuel. Other times I can be sitting at a traffic light or even driving down the road and the truck just dies. When I try to start it again it turns over, but again it acts like it's not getting fuel. To get the truck started, I take the fuel injection resistor out, tap it a few times and put it back in. I do this until the truck starts. (Sometimes I can here something sparking, like a short in the wiring.) Any suggestions on what this might be? I don't know the first thing about vehicles, so if possible please try not to get too technical. Many thanks.
