My water pump is going to quit in a few weeks here. its starting to leak antifreeze when the pressure comes off the pump and burn it.
So, before this thing blows up, i'm going to replace it next week when i have so more money cause i just bought another 4 wheeler. (see my other thread)
Case in point. Who has done a water pump on a 4.0 OHV before? is there anything i need to know or watch out for?

Nothing really to watch out for. Make sure you get all the old gasket material off the block. Also check the old pump to see if the hasn't fallen apart.
