Whats the proper Ranger tire-rotation pattern?

For some reason my brain is blanking on what should be a simple question, but maybe others can benefit from the answer as well.

Is it rear wheels straight to the front, front wheels to the opposite sides on the back?

According to the owner's manual, that is the correct 4-tire rotation for both 2WD and 4WD.

If your spare is identical to the other 4, you could also use the 5-tire rotation shown in the owner's manual.

My spare is not identical, as I run non-factory wheels and tire sizes, but thank you for the confirmation. I thought it was the typical rwd pattern, but wanted to be sure!
